  black 3 door clio 1.2 16v
im so happy today lol ive just had my 1.2 16v clio put on the rollers as a bit of fun with some mates and it came out good in my opinion lol

it made 86.1 bhp with only a k-tec induction kit and a prospeed cat back exhaust system,

my mates diesel astra also made 208.4 bhp lol

i cant believe that u hav got over 11bhp from a induction kit and decat on a 1.2, but im sure u will suprise me when i see the printouts

  Suzuki Ignis Sport
Yup, must be something wrong with the dyno....

You will probably only get an extra 5 bhp with those mods... so 80bhp at the most.

  black 3 door clio 1.2 16v
the rolling road is accurate enuf as my mates astra is 208 bhp and it has read around that all the tym in a few different facilitys

just accept the fact it is what it is , not everything has to be so impossible with u guys

Great news if it's true tho.

Guess yours is a 'lucky' one. :)

Just need to drive it properly first :p

  black 3 door clio 1.2 16v
my mates astra is a 19cdti sri 150 mk5 mate lol

it has a full turbo back 3 inch exhaust, derestricted airbox, pipercross panel filter and dtuk tuning box

Has

  RS 182 - Black Gold
My old 1.2 16v got 86.3bhp @ AMD Technik RRday a few years back.

I know Fred also saw around the same with his 1.2.

Mine had
ITG Custom Carbon Box
Hayward & Scott Complete System

Was a nippy lil thing, got better as the miles were added on! after 60k it opens up if treated well :D

just wait for the miles 2 get higher, i drove a 1.2 16v the other day, had done 89k and fook me it was alot quicker than myne, did 60mph in second where as mine does about 55mph

  black 3 door clio 1.2 16v
mine is on 25000 lol and it does 60 in second lol

i love mine lol it out accelerates a saxo vtr 90bhp model with ease lol

^ yea i can believe that, i can stay with them dead, slightly quicker, until i hit 4th then they start 2 pull away

  Chocolate Bar™
very good! I only got 85bhp with sports cat stealth system, and a viper with a custom intake, so either you have a fast one as standard or a forgiving dyno ;)

  black 3 door clio 1.2 16v
wen i had the car mind it was no slow poke lol it would easily keep up with my astra 1.7 tds and that was modified to oer 100 bhp

The thing is that people on here wont aggree with you on the results not because the engine is not capable of it but because you have not got an RS or V6.
Good on ya matey, i wouldnt listen to half of these lot anyway. an rollers are not always accurate.

  06 1.2 16v
Yeah must be at fly, i know the 16v 1.2's are nippy lil things but 82bhp is very optimistic. But at the same time iv'e been driving 3 years now and since owning my clio for 2 years have had an escort rs turbo as a second car and now got rid, i can still have a surprising amount of fun in my lil clio.

Iv'e found the most fun to be had in the 1.2's though is just fiddling about with them.

Sarcasm?

I doubt it mate unless theres a nun at the wheel.

It may well only be a 1600cc 8v but they only weigh 930kg's remember and make 100bhp.

0-60 comes up in 8.9, i think your being a tad optimistic here friend!:rasp:

  black 3 door clio 1.2 16v
the saxo might weigh alot less but im not tlking about the 100bhp model im talking about the phase 1 saxo vtr with 90bhp , ive owned enuf of the to know lol and a few good freinds still own them and i can say they are very gd drivers , now if i sed that i kept up with my mates astra then i would be lying so what is so hard to believe about a 1.2 16 valve car which is 75 bhp standard anyway being able to keep up with a 90bhp saxo vtr when modfied?

and nobody is in any position to critisise on here about not bein able to keep up with suposedly faster cars coz if u sed u could keep up with my mates astra i would atleast believe you until proven wrong, which wouldn take long as we regularly beat 172's and 182's with ease, and a 0-60 of 5.3 secs isnt bad (for a derv in sport mode)

if its a k-tec relocated induction kit no chance, mine was well down on power and torque with one fitted.

i cant remember my exact figure but i beleive it was around 86bhp on my old one?

as for keeping up with a 1.6 8v vtr, no chance on a straight.

  black 3 door clio 1.2 16v
it is a relocated one, do you think it would perform better with say a carbon bmc cda filter and cold air feed?

Judging from your poor grammer, your telling me that your 1200cc can keep up with a 1600cc?

Sounds like b****cks to me to be honest mate.

Power to weight the saxo should present your little arse on a plate.
Im assuming you are talking stock-on-stock (im never intrested in modified as thats just a can of worms tbh)

  black 3 door clio 1.2 16v
stock on stock i kno a vtr will piss all over the clio ,i wasnt talking stock though, i was talking about a modified clio against a stock 90bhp vtr lol

where's the f**king print out of the ATW figures, because all these flywheel figures are complete rubbish unless you have the engine taken and tested that way....doh ;)
