Williams in the falling sun..

Guys,

Now the williams is off the road during the week, i've been able to get the paint thats on the vehicle some where near decent. Ideally i'd love the car to be restored - but for the time being, i can't afford that. Trying to save up for our first house atm

Anyway, went out tonight and find a really nice location, that made full use of the falling sun.

looks good, but as i said before that exhaust just lets it down, way way too big. looks stupid. imo. nice car though mate.

Its a different exhaust to before! Its actually a tad smaller, albeit a much better quality exhaust.

are they 2.0 badges on the indicators original??

Yeah, they are original indicators badges, only the Williams came with them, the Williams 2 & 3, had the 2.0 badge in the side strips. They are the same lense's as a 1*2.

Looks nice, can't be much on it that needs restoring by the look of it.

Its far from perfect, which is where i want it to be. It needs a few panels (doors & boot lid mainly) and a good tidy up, its not the prettiest under the engine bay either, needs quite a few trims bits that been attempted to been sprayed and look a mess 10years later. But typically in normal renault 'cup splitter style' they are silly money. £80+ for a heatshield.

All four wheels need a refurb, as they are the wrong shade of gold, and the lip's blistered from underneath.

Its getting there, and will be once ive done with it.
