well.......the clio can walk away with alot of pride from this battle, my williams powered 16V with Hill Power chip, De-cat and full system exhaust and modified air-box, against my mates 2.9 V6, with flowed throttle head, chip and exhaust(cat still on). his was rolling roaded at 205BHP and 195lb/ft torque. These bad boys do 0-60 in 6.4 as standard! Basically, up to 60 i can just pull a gap, a small one, then there is nothing in it up to 80-90, at a 100 he is back level and by 110 he is pulling away. by 140 he stops pulling away but by then he is 2 car lengths infront! basically up until i reach for 5th(110mph) there is absoloutely nothing in it, the first race we were even til 110, second and third i was ahead til a 100(not even a cars length). round the twistys though, well lets just say i nearly crashed into the back of him exiting a corner at about 90mph! very pleased with the results, especially seeing as the VR6 is so praised in standard form let only modified!
PS sorry about the essay!
