Haters gone hate (182 rr)

Haters gone hate (182 rr result)

So today I've been to RK Engineering, St Agnes, Cornwall for a rolling road session.

Clio 182
04 plate running Vpower
Recently serviced inc plugs
Decat
Janspeed S/S exhaust system
ITG Maxogen (recently cleaned)
Mapped at JMS

I feel the figure is a little high so will be going to a different RR after my holiday to get another reading. Although the garage used are one of, if the best in Cornwall and are very well know. They recently had a 172 in with a map + other bits on and that made 173 and several friends have had their cars rr'd with realistic results which is why I am puzzled

So my result?

206.5 bhp

For those of you who don't wish to read 4+ pages of the rollers were out here are some photos :)

I cant see why it wouldnt be right. I had my Astra Turbo done there as standard made 196bhp and standard figures are 197bhp. Also my CTR was done on dyno dynamics rollers and made 207bhp then mad 206bhp on this exact roller one month later.

Awesome results, what was the torque?

I have heard about different rollers different readings but not as bad as my mate last weekend. He has got a mazda 3mps with a few mods he went to a mps owners rolling road and got 280 and then the next day he got 240 at modified nationals

Because based on previous cars on here with ITBs etc I was seriously expecting around 182 mark with those mods as I said to you before I put it on.
Going to put it only Alan Jefferys Rollers if I can save up enough money as I don't know who else I trust?

Torque was 177.9lbft

It could be true, iirc the Dynacup is 100% standard and running 170odd bhp from a standard 172 motor

That alone is one hefty climb - approx 19% increase over standard, iirc?

I'd be well chuffed if my car managed those figures with the work you've had done. Just a shame RS Tuning is so far out of your way - their RR takes no prisoners! ;)
