Update- Current Mileage 69,193

Fitted a Polybush dog bone mount as mine was on its way out.. Forgot to take a pic though

Also fitted a Cup Splitter, finishes the front end off nicely!

Headed down to EFI with the NW lot for the RR day, great day, alot of nice cars there, but car of the day for me had to be the mental RWD Mk1, shame he destroyed 5th gear..

So got my car on... Result Below..

164.1 BHP and 142.7 Torque

Quick conversation with Scoff, he thinks my timing is out as the peak power doesnt come in till the rev limiter.. Which is understandable as the previous owners "Friend" did the cambelt.. So il have to get the timing sorted out and head back down there some time to see what power it pull when everything is correct!

Nothing exiting tbh just simple things!

Decided to change the Air Filter and Pollen Filter, both were looking a little tired upon removal!

Also whilst the air filter was out, (if you actually read the previous updates , then this will make sense..) I decided to grab a picture of my modified airbox... Same basic idea as the Megane 'Airbox Mod', gives a bit of induction noise (not to loud) without going down the expensive induction kit route, will try get a video some time, if anyone is interested..

Engine management light was coming on and off, turned out the Pre-cat lambda sensor was about s**t so fitted a new one! seems to idle a bit better now too

Also while it was on the lift I decided to take a pic of my recently fitted Polybush dog bone mount since I didn't have one for the last update

Nothing major again...

Changed the spark plugs as it idles a little rough, hopefully that will sort it!

Also my backbox is held on with hopes and dreams now, but hopefully picking up a system from Andyrg this week sometime!

Again nothing major just decided to have a play with the interior light...

wasnt happy with the poverty spec light I had so I wanted to change it...
So off to the scrap yard I went to source a new light...



upon attempting to fit it wouldnt so some modification had to be done to the housing..

Update- Current Mileage (I forgot)

A month back I asked Chris If he could wrap a couple things for me (Rear Diamond and Dial Surround), last week I remembered about it So paid for them on friday and they turned up today and so i got them fitted while I was bored at work..

Fairly simple, top dash off, clocks out, strip them down, you need a way of melting the little bits of plastic holding the surround in place (I used a soldering iron) Take old one off Glue or Remelt some plastic to hold the new one one, put it all back together..

Update- Current Mileage 71,872

New Wheels!

Got these from Lal B3n as he was down grading to 2118's

Currently on the look out for some coilovers to bring the 4x4 stance down a little..

With a bit of luck il be ordering a full powerflex kit for the front end next week

Well i guess il update this..

The car is pretty much how i want it exterior wise!

Managed to find a set of eibach sport lines for a bargin price of £50! They replaced the broken springs I was rocking!

Not an obvious drop but for £50 i didnt care!

Bought and fitted a set of 172 xenons! Freshen the front end up nicely!

Not a great pic

Picked up a new head unit so i could use my iPod!

Got sick of my dash strips being all scratched and marked so found some ford panther black and sprayed them!

Also got myself a bargin ph1 airbox for the lovely price of £5! Stuck a standard filter in and away i went!

All i need to really sort now is the paintwork an exhaust.. Once thats sorted il be happy!

Its a Ph1 airbox Neil, there was a Ph1 in the scrap yard (RIP ) so decided to grab a few bits off it, airbox, Light stalk if i decided to go for an aftermarket wheel,
