@Daniel can you explain in layman terms how your company affords to prep cars so well yet, I assume all other places you have worked can't?

I'm with Daniel. That is how a car should be presented to someone. It's their "new" car. I remember a guy I had known for years. Picked up his nearly split new F10 M5, sapphire black. Looked alright from the outset. He always got me to clean his cars, so I did and coated it etc.
I was a bit disappointed with BMW when I bought my brand new M140i. I refused to do the midnight thing as it was the 1st September so they did a little gathering for the new registrations sales at midnight which sounded the worst thing ever. So I picked it up in the morning and it wasn’t in their collection garages with a nice cover on to be presented but was around the back covered in dust. Like I’ve just spent a lot of money and you couldn’t even be bothered to clean it?! It wasn’t as if I randomly turned up and it wasn’t ready, I turned up at my appointment. Or they could have washed it and put it in their massive underground car park.
I really love using the rupes white ultra fine. White pad it's such a classic combo now for refining and I've never failed with it yet.

Or, grab a lightish polishing pad and some sonax perfect finish. Also never failed me especially for nicking out marks and marring.
