The power roamer will get will be around 200 Bhp, if you take a stock 172 or cup andput the TB´s on it, together with a different cam and chip it will be 220 Bhp.

try to fit the bonnet of a 1600 rally clio (group N) there is a space in the bonnet for air, cause a 1600 rally comes with those kind of TBs.

and another thing I dont know what the emissions are in the UK but when I put the Orbisound race-exhaust from header till the end on my car the car made a racesound you DONT wanna know. I had to put in an extra damper otherwise my wife could here me coming from 10 miles. (but fast though)
haha 172 cup you know what a sequential box cost. At least when we wreck a clio our driver will have to pay € 12000 for a new one by Renault !!!

@biggy already changed the engine mount which is in the back, cause it´s the only one to prefent the engine from ´moving to much´ to the back/front. but no go.

try to drive over a rill in the road like a trainrails, and see if you here a cloink noise. Also try to put the car in 1st and shift to 2nd. and let the clutch drop a little if you here the clonic again, than you have the same sound as I have.

I have a complete (Original) willy engine with only 120.000 Km on the clock, engine, ecu cabling and gear complete for € 1700. Only one problem you have to get it here in Holland. The engine is from a willy with number 2063 if I´m not mistaken.

I own a 200+ Bhp Clio RS. (for specs see other topics) I even think when Roamer has the right cams and chip in it hecould even have 230 Bhp !!

in period of time 0W40 gives problems we provided all our Clio´s with 0w50 bad choice, after one season three engine´s needed NEW bearings !! don´t ask me why, since 2001 we put 5W50 Delivered by Renault itself and in three years (at least till now) NO problems !! There are even four engine´s...
Try to install pagid blue pads and than decide what you want. In my case I really dont need more. Brakes like H*ll !! First time tapping the brake a thought that the car ejected ME forward in the seatbelt !!

shifting from 1t to 2nd and let the clutch falla little there is a cloink sound from the engine falling back. Could be motorjoint or gearmount.

In Holland Renault has called back several Clio´s because of leaking rubberknob It´s located under the car near the passengers seat.

the fuel is ok. Ask your dealer what is in from factory. I know they swapped oilthickness in France.
I would get rid of the oil (1st service) and replace it with Elf excellum 5W50 full synthetic oil. Exchange every 6000 Miles !!
