The rear flange on the decat doesn't look right to me just looks like the pipes overlap each other, is it a standard cat back exhaust?

Nah, only change them with OEM plugs if they need changing mate, if not save your money for some beer instead.

It should still crank if the immobiliser is active, just no fuel/spark.
