I payed £240 just for some bells, and that was with shopping around.
See if you could do it cheaper?
A friend just payed £500 just for 2 AP racing discs !!!!!
Not being a pedant BUT, they also state on another page of there site that if you fit a 182 manifold you gain 5bhp !!!! so which is it 5bhp or 10-12bhp
Have you tried these, they always get rave reveiws from thr Pug guys. the prices are very good too.

I have the tarmac rally cam and vernier in my pug gti. The quality is superb.
ATB types are much more civil for road use and also require no maintenance as per plate types.
Plate types also put more strain on the driveshafts duie to there operation (shock loading).
I do agree that for competition use a plate type does have more advantages though.
Its a very good tactic they employ, you think they will offer you a good deal when in reality they dont. I was without my car for three months while the dealer fixed it and got £150 so i doubt you will get anything of any value.
My advice would be to go elsewhere.
I had nothing but poor service from them, a so-called 1 week delivery time went to 12 weeks.
Only when I insisted I want my money back did they turn up, even then after many failed promises and numerous emails.
FYI most rolling road figures are a good estimate at best +/- 5-10bhp, there are too many variables to compare exactly with a dyno cell reading of the manufacturer.
Too loose and you wont have the correct preload on the bearing, ie there will be slight play.
Too tight and it will lead to premature wear.
All the ones i've done have been done up fookin tight and i've never suffered a problem.
Very expensive and the quality is not as good as OE ones, they have no upsides IMHO. Ignore the manufacturer marketing its hype, all the people i know of that bought them went back to OE after a few months as they broke down an caused misfiring.
