just to let you know you can buy these cheaper at your local Motor World save yourself about £20+

if you havent already sourced this part, your local Motor World should be able to order this in the very same day for you mate......not many people realise we can get parts the same day.......

go with Mobil 1 0W-40 or a good fully synthetic 0W-40/5W-40 you would struggle to find a fully synthetic 10W-40 as im not sure anyone at all makes one for the UK market........Valvoline might do....

has anyone supercharged a 172 yet ? a customer who comes into our shop is apparently getting it done, has had everythin dummy fitted under the bonnet to see if it would all fit and apparently it should do...

for whatever reason a lot of people on here have used Magnatec and then there engine has become noisy, my own car included personally id stay away id go with Silkolene myself......

try Slick 50 Power Steering Fluid...........its not an additive as such, its a normal fluid available from any Motor World store...

this might sound like a strange one but after ive washed my car, or its been outside in the rain for a bit...........whenever i then drive it and come to brake, my brakes are VERY good......shouldnt they be a bit crap until they dry ?.....

use a fully synthetic 0W-40 or 5W-40 my personal preference would be for Silkolene Pro S however this isnt available in many places you could use Mobil 1 which is a good oil, or Total Quartz 9000 5W-40 from a Total petrol station, or Shell 5W-40 from pretty much every Shell petrol station...

although i havent used F1s im very happy with the Yoko AVS sport i bought a few months back, currently on the back of my RT

Meguiars scratch x is the best ive used so far, however ive just bought the Mer scratch kit so ill give the stuff in that a go...

good choice on the oil Silkolene is top quality...

well it seems there is light at the end of the tunnel garage i go to has agreed to do it for me on a Saturday, which is excellent.... £100 labour though + clutch cost.......which will be about £40+ :@

first someone hits my car in the car park at work, not a clue who it was so im gonna pay out for that secondly when i go to report it i get a producer........ and now my clutch has gone, meanin im gonna have to spend over £100 on an engine thats coming out in a week or two ! bloody cars....!!!

i think haynes says 18k however if it needs a top up then just do it......
