The KTR stealth is actually quite loud IMO. Can here the car from quite far away. I like it but it was definately louder than I was expecting.

As said 1st and 2nd have higher rev limits and TBH there's no need to rev to the limit as the drop in power towards the limit is considerable.
The car will take upto 15-20 minutes of driving before its warm enough to rev that high

depending what you mean by popping. If its more of a splutter then yes it is normal as they tend to idle quite roughly.
If its a loud pop then its probably not normal. Any chance of taking a video and posting it?

Wheel bearing on passanger side of the car just need to figure out if its the front or back.
If it makes a droning noise all the time i.e. when going in a straight line its probably the rear one.
Ticking is the exhuast/heat sheilds contracting as they cool down and the idle is normal. Its very spluttery and sounds like its going to stall when cold. Only fix for that is a remap.
