Direct Line is definitely the way forward. Bought my 182 for my 21st birthday and pay £1050 fully comp with 0yr NCB and 0 accidents with them.

It's because the computer is calculating the speed in km/h (since it is built in France) and then converting it into mph for the display and hence where the slight discrepency comes from. Along with the accuracy of the speedometer not being 100%.

It always comes down to the same debate: more toys or slightly less weight with recaros. I have a full fat Racing Blue 182 with the stripes, and I think it looks awesome, but them I am slightly biased!!

I test drove a brand new 182 at 20 from a Renault dealer, but the salesman had to go with me.

Trophy is 1075kg, Cup is 1090kg and standard 182 is 1110kg.

The 172 is ambling round the track and the 206 still couldn't get past!

Yes the Trophy has a bench seat because I presume it saves weight. If you order the recaro seats with any 182 you also get the rear bench seat in dynamique trim. But you can easily swap the rear bench for the 60/40 split leather trimmed seats.
