Sorry yeah my Clio is a 2004 '04' plate

My 182ff is due its 60k service in about 2 weeks. I have been told that the Cambelt, pulley and tensioners require changing too, is this right?? As i was under the impression they were due at 72k. Also if anyone has any suggetions or tips on what else to have changed or looked at during this...

I get 350 normally, but never had more than that...! So far and not much chance either

Try and slide the seat forward a tiny bit and then go back. You've probably tried that but worth a shout. Also could be something trapped stopping the seat adjuster from coming out of its position under the seat.

Yeah, i miss mine bigtime. I love the 182ff but do miss the comfort and power of my Audi A4 Quattro 2.8 V6. I drive long journeys all the time, but tbf its more fun in the Clio

I just had a new windscreen in my 182ff, the paperwork said 385 but i only paid 60 excess. Stones and motorways dont mix
