sh1t looks good, Greeny!
Unfortunately haven't got a lot to show about mine as I left my smartphone in the washing machine ;). Iceberg 172 + cup spoiler + 15'' lightweights & R888s + a Whiteline sitting on the shelf.
Oldie:
Bought me some trackday wheels - Kosei K1-TS, 15x7, 5.9kg per wheel. Came wrapped in 205/50 Proxes R888's, GG compound. Bit of a bargain for ca 300 GBP :)
I've taken an interest and read about the ECV Lancia before from here - http://www.ecv1.com/e-home.htm. The story behind both cars, the ECV1 and ECV2 (below), is truly amazing.
Re: White Turini's on Black Ph 2 172 - Opinions and has anyone done this and have pic
A bit too contrasting!?

Well, I live in Estonia where we tend to have winter weather as on the above picture taken last week (10+mm of snowfall, -10*C and more). Due to this some people tend to garage their fast (summer) vehicles and run 4wd Audis, Imprezas, etc. in winter. Me myself? Just fitted my Clio with winter...
Nice ph1. Yours isn't this one that was recently on sale in Riga by any chance, is it? It also has an Elisa RSR rear which quite rare hereabouts.
Greetings from Tallinn.
Had 4 winter tires fitted at the dodgiest place. Or rather, according to the picture, 4 paddles for my rowing boat :)
Next - trying to get my hands on a cup spoiler from eBay UK.
It seems that your car is indeed one of 200 Jean Ragnotti edition Clios that were destined for the French market. Basically a cup version which is mondial blue on the outside and has certain blue accents on the inside. For further information see the corresponding press release from Renault...
I'm 26 and acquired my ph2 172 this spring. Half a year later (which incl. a number of spirited drives and a trackday) I can say that I have zero regrets. Save for the slight understeer in stock form, it's just an epic package that's very rewarding to drive.
P.S. Showed the car to my dad...
Found a pic of me lapping a new local racetrack, Audruring last Saturday:
Despite some minor shortcomings (std springs=excessive body roll, old brake fluid=boiled fluid) the little tin can made good progress and was able to scare some faster cars.
For pretty pics of the same trackday see...
My 172 just had all of its 4 worn out dampers replaced with OEM Bilstein items as well as new OEM top mounts. The parts cost 363 EUR altogether which is about 290 GBP.
Handling has improved massively, yet it is more comfortable (less crashy) than before. IMO cheap coilies (which I've used in...
My toy:
Stock 172 apart from the CDA carbon intake, Fujitsubo exhaust and Škoda lip. 79k km (ca 49k miles) on the clock. Goes like stink and handles like a dream.
I recall that Hocks look the tits on MK3 Jolfs (see: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v514/pkstrategy/4994029198_ce18a4d5bd_b.jpg?t=1287520271)
but apparently they're not bad on Clios either. Give quite a BTCCish look.
Really nice build. Loving the self-fabrication, you don't see that very much these days.
Would be interested to hear how much weight have you saved by now, all in all ca 100kg!?
Re: my first clio P2 iceberg 172 ff
...and you might want to use some punctuation marks.
Otherwise - clean car, practically identical to mine (iceberg 172).
