Are there any differences in any of the above in a clio 182/182 cup and a cup packed 182? ​Thanks :)

Hi, Ive fitted new CV joints on my 1.5 Clio 2002, but abs & service light came on, after a little research have diagnosed that the old cv joints had 26 abs reflector teeth and the new ones now fitted have 44, Question: can i reset or re program the ecu to recognise 44 teeth ?

Started the car and the serv & abs light came on and will not go out , any suggestions please.
