We've all done stupid things at some point or another in and around cars, 'racing' on a fairly small street at night in the wet isn't really a good idea.

Maybe next time give it a wee thought.

Did nobody hear about the guy on the VW forum. Posted a video racing his Edition 30 against an RS4 or RS6 on an empty DC. Someone told the police, the police did the same stretch and worked out how far he'd driven and the time by the video and got 15month ban for speeding over 100mph average and racing another car. £450 fine with £400 costs too I think. All based on a single video from inside the car so no plates or drivers shown and just the scenery going past as the Audi got left behind.

I actually met the guy at Santa Pod just before his court date and he seemed a sound guy too, mid 20s, respectable. Just into his cars and enjoyed driving.

Think its better to leave the street racing to youtube if you must share it. Oh and to better cars.

25, wife, child, office job! numerous run ins with numerous people like this as my area is plauged by them. Experiences have given me these perceptions of this type of clientele. Attempts to get me to race by people like this with my wife and kid in the car everytime I venture into Bridgend town centre after 4pm has led me to this conclusion, NOT that I mingle with their kind at all.
It's this that puts me off RS clios from time to time.

Look at your car, enough said. Black wheels, RS clio? Boy racer pocket rocket. I mean come on mate you may aswel buy a Zafira. Its the way things are. Maybe if you had a BMW nobody would race you. Put it down to your car, cant blame people for wanting you to give it the beans.
