Didn´t updated this for a long time. a lot of things happend.

exploded Realease bearing

worn out coils from the sparkplugs caused this:

repaired with Heli-Coil

buy new Sparkplugs (the cheaper ones then the iridium)

this caused this:

so i removed everything:; complete head dissasambling; new valves; new seals; new valveshaft seals and again timingbelt kit (was only 2k km old >8O.

...
reassambled.
...
restart...
and it is alive again
sounds great and feels much more stronger than before!

i also make a quick Headlamp job:

and make the ususal best way of cheap setup improvement:

so i was full of anticipation...

and got fully grounded...

not realy sure about this run on that dyno, but who cares.
The Car fells better and stronger as before. pull goot from 2k rpm up to 6500 rpm during daily usage; runs easy to topspeed +220 km/h (gps) , and thats ok for me.

THAN AGAIN a little Problem:
BMW jumps infront of the Car:

he didn´t see me coming and turns infront of the car. no chance of stoping; ...

a lot of hard work...
new wings on both sides (the other side was damaged by a fence, as a result of sliding away with broken axle)
New Bumper
New Aluminium Hood
new Headlamps
and also panel and slam panel new
also a new activated carbon filter

all parts are painted.
next weekend i will reassamble all together and than it will be back on the Road.

and yes its a little bit oil on the floor. the headgasked or a other seal seems not to sit corect. but this will be investigate after reassambling.

Just so you know, the NGK plugs are the correct ones for the car.

@ desmondo, Yepp, hope that all the bad luck is now gone and i can now enjoy the better side of life.

Hello CS,
Car is now be able to hit the Streets again!
Speedline Rims get a respray and Clearcoat, also the Calipers are now in Foliatec White Laque.
Skoda Splitter is missing and will be added soon.
Yeah..thats it on the exteriour. Interieur will be done in the next weeks/month/years.
and i have a "little" Problem with my new Aluminium Hood. It was Pain in the A** to find a good one, and now it comes up by itself if running faster than 110 +mph.
I could see how the hood is moving its shell in the wind...and than it pops up, thank god it is held by the hook.
Plan is now to fit some aero catches. cause it sucks ,not to burn the expensive fuel on the german autobahn...

remove dust from Thread:
new trim for the Seats:
white Alcantara instead of OEM black/grey

only Airbag needs new Colorcoding:

the next upgrade was a new exhaust.
i hat a clioCup Exhaust Orbisoud; 100CPI Cat; Sounds realy great, but is also anoying on the autobahn and the complete neighborhood knows when i come home.
i was looking for a good solution. heared about several exhausts with adjustable Valve to regulate noise level. So i found the X-Force Varex Mufflers.

i thought it would be easy to buy a used one on ebay, but i found only ONE (like new).
Was allready fitted to a BMW E46. so i could use some material.

it looks like this when i got it.

removed the horrible exhaust tips:

grind down the weldseam:

result:

after this i changed the tip and changed the bracked

all welded and up it goes under the car.

looking as stealth as possible.

you get an Idea ; better VIds and pics will follow in the next weeks.
