172 oil amounts and Geo setup on 15s

Morning people, I am sure I found on here a chart listing all the different clios and the amounts and types of oils that are recommended by I'm buggered if I can bloody find it again.

Also I have a 172 cup on 15s with eibach springs, will I be able to get the details regarding a geo setup on my hawk eye hunter ramp from eibach at all ???

Track day looming so want the car tip top.

Any help greatly appreciated.

5w40 fully. 5L.

I generally go 1.5mm toe out per side with -1.7 camber.

Excellent thanks for that Dan. I'm going to go for dot 5.1 is that recommended or would you stick with 5 ?.
