182,172 and clio williams or similar In west Calder Scotland?

Spotted a black 182, silver 172 phase 1 with some sort of stripes up it and a clio williams or some form of that clio. Was spotted about 3 o`clock up the straight road past Harburn Golf club west calder in Scotland. Was it you?

It is sort of in between Edin and glasgow nearer to edin its quite a small place
