On Wednesday I got intouch with Christopher and my mate Dan to see if they'd like to grab some pictures and so Chris could see dans toy well i say toy its a Daily. Anyway we met up a KK's in Trafford and then mooched to grab some photo's. First lot of photo's came out crap so i gave my camera to Dan as im pretty poop at taking photos at night.

Dan's Civic was a 1.5D series engine(the eco one for those in the know). he bought a EK with a B18 in it early last year and my was it quick even without the Fast chip. Anyway he still owned the 1.5 and decided to sell the B18 engine and give the body to his brother as he hadnt built the EK with the B18 and didnt feel the same love as he did for the 1.5. Mid 2010 he decided he was going to put a K20 engine in the 1.5, he managed to get sponsership from an american company called Hybrid Racing and recently finished fitting the engine etc with help from TDI North IIRC anyway...

i raced a modded EK9 the other night, wasnt that far behind mine upto silly speeds, was impressed. What bhp is that civic?

211. K20 engine though, the same they fit in the EP3 Type R Civic.

EK9's have 185bhp from a 1.6 B16B.

You'd be surprised mate! They have that much Collinite on them now, that a few squirts of Bilberry works wonders with a soft brush. 2 mins a wheel, tops. Far quicker if you're not a fussy c*nt like I am.

I understand that having a dedicated brush for you wheels is an alien concept to you though. You probably favour a brick, wrapped in a dead lamb?

Rapid. One of the most fun cars I've ever driven... total sleeper.
