182 goes tomorrow

Guttedly px'ing the 182 tomorrow for a 4x4 for the family so if anyone gets offered or looks at a Titanium 182 with both cup packs LT05 MSX give me a shout and I'll pass on some other bill receipts I'm not giving the garage.

Info as of today:

• 46400 miles, all motorway at night so no town start / stop wear and tear
• New battery (3 days ago) as the last one failed beyond belief
• Mint condition including interior and alloys (very stonechipped windscreen though)
• New front tyres (PE2's) 2k ago, one's replaced were originals and did 44k
• Back tyres still originals and on about 5-6mm left
• Never been tracked
• Full Renault service history including Aux belt change at 36k
• Washed weekly
• Clayed, waxed, polished the lot every 4 months
• First owner from new

I know how you feel, part-ex'd my 182 for a scenic about 6 weeks ago due to an expanding family, am gutted still everytime I see a 172/182.

Never mind got something more practical for now and when Josh gets older I can blame him for me having to sell it.

Worst thing was I took it straight up to BlueWater and what did I park directly behing in John Lewis ... a sodding blue 182. Then coming back up my road only another damn Titanuim 182 in front of me.

Still, at the moment I can actually put the pushchair and everything I got today in the boot alone which is nice.

Only about 15 years till I can have something fun again...

Got 7.5k trade in which I though was good for a no hassle PX with 46.5k on the clock but I know the dealer will put it up for something silly. The more receipts they have the more I guess they can ask as they can prove all the work that has been done such as tyres/battery etc. I would rather give it to the new owner in case it helps them get more when they px/sell it later on.

That's good to know, I was offered 500 more by the dealer 6 weeks ago but I waited it out, got 500 less for mine but 4 grand off the Sportage so I'd say that was well fair.

Aparently the dealer buying my car from them kept phoning them back so I guess he has a buyer that he can mug (or wants it himself)
