A few interior q's about weight reduction.

Hello guys, cars going on a diet over the winter period as hoping for a few track days next year. Still got a fair few things to get like smaller wheels etc but thats the easy bit lol. I Have found some useful info regards resistor mod for steering wheels, however I'm sure I read something about a dashboard light coming on if the rear seatbelts are removed or am I waffling?

Also wondering about if anyone knows anybody that can help me fit bucket seats/harnesses in the near future in Edinburgh/central Scotland.
