BK54 SXE Black 182 write off?

This 182 has came up for sale at my local scrap yard, says its a cat d, only has a few scrapes and rotten exhaust.

Wondering if anyone knew anything about it, is all standard apart from tinted windows, only showing 41,000 miles odd.

Can only add that Ive seen it on Copart and noticed that its lost its xenons at some point.
