The guy sounds like a total lettuce. His feedback is amazing, the replies to his negative ones cracked me up! Who actually calls someone a "wasteman" hahaha.

This guy always has cars for sale on ebay and he always receives negative feedback however most of it gets removed.

Sellers of cars have a simple get out when they sell a piece of crap - i won a 2004 1.2 clio on ebay i went to get it and it was s**t, boot floor bent front panel bent, it had been in an accident at both ends, naturally i refused the car (he was a trader and there is no way he wouldn't have known about this despite protesting his innocence) i left him bad feedback and he opened an 'unpaid item dispute' i phoned ebay and explained the situation and the woman said its no problem when the case closes i won't be issues with a non paid mark as the item was not as described, fast forward a couple of months and i try to buy something but i can't as i have an unpaid strike on my account, i phone ebay up and its for the bloody clio, the guy removes the unpaid strike for me, i check the sellers feedback and my negative feedback has been removed because the item was not paid for! i told the guy on the phone but he said the feedback can't go back on once its been removed - terrible.

s**t I didn't even realise that could happen! What a shocking thing ebay can be sometimes! Sounds like what's going on though to me anyway, a seller should be shut down after a couple of negatives stating similar things like this not allowed to keep trading then bloody penalising you for nothing!! To be fair, eBay T's & C's do sort of say that you should view cars before bidding on them. Loads of adverts do say you should view before bidding and you aren't bidding to "view!" It's to buy. I remove bids from any cars I'm selling on eBay where the bidder hasn't made contact with me first or viewed the car.
