Clio 2001 initiale, AC, demist and through air buttons not working.

Hi All,

just purchased a 2001 1.6 16v clio MK2 Initiale ( wooden trim, leather seats etc ) are they rare ?

Anyway....

the 3 buttons under the climate controls knobs are not working, when i press them nothing happens and they dont illuminate. I have checked fuses on passenger
side and all is ok,

anyone any ideas as to what else it might be?

Did you check for power at the panel?
did you swap the panel?
is the panel even connected?

what have you done since the fuse to rectify it?

I swapped the panel over and still no joy.
