Asking me to work on your car isn't wise lol. Use aquarium hose and a pasta jar to bleed it!

So with the ring trip approaching I decide to make the purchase of a dash camera, cheap and cheerful from japan.

I was skeptical to if it would turn up in time, if it would work and if it would be any good. Read alot of reviews stating for the money you cant go better. Dont get me wrong its no go pro.
Anyway here it is,
It actually seems to be a semi decent build quality considering the price. It also came with a power cable about 3 meter's long so using a suction mount it was fitting to the car, all wires tucked nicely out of the way
So i took it for a test run to see if it worked. And it did! Normally driving through parts of the beautiful town of stowmarket only put my foot down at 4minutes roughly for a few seconds. no comments on my driving also

they have only just started shipping, so the guy on youtube I have been watching hasn't reviewed it yet. Plus they are like 3 times the price of the 720p ones.

Stuff spending £60 on something im going to tape to my car lol, though they look pretty decent!
Heading to fast test this week to bleed the brakes with Adam, spoke to him in the pub saturday night and hes doing it for free so will be easier on his ramps
Also do you want my old splitter before i bin it? as the skoda one finally turned up!
Oh and i asked him about your brakes but I cant remember what he said, but ill bring it up on my car and see what he says ha

These new ones are made of metal, old ones where plastic, I will end up getting one for my car at some point.
Cool, you will have to let me know if you get any air out of them, ha ha cheers but think I would prefer to have levetts epic splitter!
I haven't bothered to look at them since, unless you can get a valid excuse out of him I wont be using him again.

You can have that too! though it has made two small cracks in my bumper either side where it pulled from all the down force
I will let you know! and hes always been alright tbh, but i will ask him again now im in a fit state too.

Sadly i think i have to agree with you, shame he wasnt there when we booked it in as the out come may of been different.

Skoda splitter on.
White line on. Forgot how good these make the car feel, really tightened up the rear end, took it for a drive and where the back end normally glides around corners it just stuck in and let me take the corners with a lot more speed :race:

He also gave me every spare bulb for the car to take with me and some fuses, for free!
Another recommendation for Fast Test Stowmarket for anyone in the local area wanting work done, Adam is a top bloke as per usual!

Just order a set of federal 595 RS-R's as a last minute thing before the ring, with the amount of miles I do i can warrant having them as a daily tyre IMO. Only done 1,500 miles in 6months in this car lol

Im using the RS-R's on the sunflower & I love them will be swapping the conti 3s for them on the 197 once they wear out. Great choice mate.

Some early ph2s are box driven like the ph1, first thing to do is find out what you've got!
