Got a few more bits done bought. (Heavy pic alert!!)
Bought some paint from halfords and painted the top mount covers.

Double fail though as the "iceberg" is clearly not and when fitting I forgot that the koni's sit higher through the top mount meaning that they hit the bonnet when closed as they are too raised
I may keep them and get them painted in the correct colour for when I remove the konis to go lower.

Next was fitting the windscreen rubbers. What a pain in the arse that was! The sides were fine but the top one took some time but got there in the end! Once the old ones were removed, I noticed a lot of crap there so out came the antibacterial wipes! However I did get carried away and did all round the windscreen, the door shuts and door rubbers and the boot too!

Also recieved my new USB stick for the head unit as I kept knocking my other one. This thing is perfect as it hardly sticks out at all

I decided to see what condition the original side strips were in. The rears are fine, the fronts aren't mint but are ok for now.

Badges were worn too. I asked Scott (Phase1sr) about new ones from Renault as I know he enquired from Renault but they only sell the exclusive ones now:

I decided to spray my badges to see what it would look like before I bought them but it looks poo tbh.

The "iceberg" paint is too bright so I think for the time being I will flatten them down till they are smooth and paint them satin black and get @
Ady182 at n2grafix to do some lettering in silver.
Next day I shot down to @
AlexW place to get him to fit my new cable throttle. While he was doing that I fitted my standard side strips.

We then decided to see what he's 25mm spacers look like as a lot of people run them.

It looks better than I thought but i think that I'm still swaying towards 20mm tbh. It definitely needs spacing out regardless. Problem with that means I will need to go lower....
Thanks for your help again Alex
Also while the bonnet was up I was looking at the engine bay. As awesome as the Ktec induction kit sounds, I hate the way the engine looks with it all fitted showing my grubby engine and gearbox so I'm going to fit my standard airbox.
On the way home I grabbed a quick pic to show how the side strips look side on. I think I'm going to keep them on tbh but look for a mint set of fronts.

I picked this up from @

All I need is the pipe that fits on the 90degree bend now as the ph2's are different. I may see how much Renault sell it for as I'm shooting up there tomorrow as I need a oil filter and washer as I plan to do an oil change with some oil that I got from halfords for £9! I also picked up some carpet underlay today and will put that behind the door panels to stop vibration when I fit my standard door handles.
