You need pedals too. Search for SPD my boy.

Apparently makes you 4mph faster as you can utilise the upward stroke when pedalling.

I got mine from pikey Sports Direct. Had some mega cheapzz ones on there. Mine cost £50.

Probably not the best, but they'll be good enough for a noob, i'm sure.

He's a lot quicker than me. If your shoes make you as quick as some have said then you'll be quicker than me too

We'll be fine on the 100k, long as we dont start trying to race anyone and just stick to a good pace.

I don't have a KOM lol. But yeah, I reckon we can do it in under 4 hours

I only have a KOM because the segment starts / ends in the car park! And only 5 people have ever ridden it.

I'm going 5 hours, probably stop a couple of times on the route. I'm in no desperate rush to finish it, want to enjoy it

Just got myself a specialized rockhopper
Going to get it serviced and a few parts for it and myself and il come along cycling with you boys, me and Gray will get out for a few miles soon and get back into the swing of things.

Don't mind roads but do like to see a bit of off road too.
