Nope - we've been working 24 7 to get as much sorted as quickly as possible.
2 things to remember.
1 - Fixing servers is one thing. If it was simply a case of more hardware it would be up and working straight away. Unfortunately that isnt the case - and we're needing to do a lot of tricky database changes to cope with the incredible strain that screen shots, video uploads, match reports (roughly double last year) and game face have put on the football world servers. It will get fixed - but it's not been easy. Think conference calls at 10pm on a sunday night with lots of people involved and you'll get close to what has been happening multiple times a day and night since thursday.
2 - Fixing 'game' issues. This requires up to identify the problem, fix the problem, get through our QA process here, and at first party (MS and SONY) - and this takes time. Whilst I know it is frustrating we are working on fixes for lots of issues here - and as an effort it is complex and timeconsuming. We are working on things though...
Sorry I've personally not been on here too much over the weekend - but like Phil, Rom and now I am reporting - we've been working on improving a lot of things...
