Ha ha, no problem. Dont worry, you'll really notice when the wheels change, will make a huge difference :D

Spent some money this morning, after the headgasket being changed, i thought it wise to give it a full service. Was done on 89k, but tbh, im an untrustworthy sod, so thought i'd do it all again anyways, not the biggest expense in the world for piece of mind:

Engine: 8L of Castrol Edge 10W-60 for BMW M Models & Genuine BMW oil filter
Gearbox: 2L of Fuchs Titan Sintofluid SAE 75W-80 MTF
Diff: 2L of Castrol Syntrax Limited 75W80 140 & 1L of Redline LSD Friction Modifier

Microfilter: UFI Carbon Pollen filter
Spark Plugs: 6 x NGK DCPR8EKP's
Fuel Filter: Genuine BMW

About to order 2 new front Kumho KU31's (to match the rears) in 225/40/19 fitment as well.

Happy Christmas Emm Fwee.

Cheap to run iirc. M3 money.

Spent more time of the road than on it?

A friend has just started specialising in m3's and has recently purchased 2 cars, he paid £7k for an 03 manual car in black with nav and 19's on 59k!!!!!!!

There is also an 04 for sale which has only done 19k for £16,000, future classic?

I was thinking of doing the diff and box oil on the 320d, have you done it before?

Nah, didnt get round to doing the 320d, its easy enough though apparently ...

Only issue i have is that its cold outside, & tbh, im a bit of a wimp lol.

Ah good, have you found any decent guides? I'm sure they won't be hard to find if not, I can't believe how many E46 DIY guides there are on the internets! We're well catered for.

Depos/Silvervisions fitted at lunchtime. To be honest, not so sure if want?

Standard, complete with fried eggs:

Depos, with Silvervisions:

Obviously, it does help that the indicators are clean, & the rest of the car is under 3 months worth of dirt, but im not sure if they look right

Have you changed the bulb and the lens? If so, could you not have kept the original lens and changed to a silver bulb?

Yup, changed both. Tempted to try just the Silvervisions though - would look like this, well in purple obviously:

Need to give it a clean & decide i think, so that'll be a few weeks at least lol ...

I prefer the original lens with the silver bulbs. The original lens seems to make the front look wider (maybe because the glass is patterned?).

They look uber aftermarket those indicators mate. Not wanting.

Standard with Silvervisions so much better. I'd rather have Orange bulbs than those ones.

Have to agree with Gally here Dave, either go black grills with depos or chrome bits with standard indicator lenses. I much prefer the standard brighter parts to gangster tinted s**te, I wont sugar coat it for you! Lol

I think im in agreement tbh. They look totally different on my car to others for some reason - perhaps its the colour?

Will try standard indicators with Silvervisions tonight then ....

Nick are you going to Panel Wise tonight? You & Ollie can laugh as i attempt to replace the current engine oil with the bodily fluid of a freshly culled Unicorn? (Might as well be for the cost of the sodding stuff)

I can't see them very well in the picture either which doesn't help.

Ment to be helping mike fit this fecking box back into that 172 this evening, but will be up there this evening eventually I would of thought.

Got my Depos this morning in the post! Thinking they'll look a bit better with black on black...! Jealous of the xenons though :(

I'd have clear lenses and silvervisions, the depos look far from OEM.

Million times better with the Depos, standard white ones with the dark lights look very offensive!
I've got mine back on the 330!
