Apologies if this has been done to death, I have searched but didn't find answers.
My Clio 172 head unit is fussy about ejecting discs, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.
When it doesn't the first time I press the button it goes to radio as if it's ejected and I can't switch to CD unless I switch it off and on again. Subsequent presses it will beep at me. Sometimes it makes clicky noises too.
Occasionally garbles music too.
So before I take it apart, what's going on here? Is there a belt that stretches or a spring that goes soft or something that needs greasing or what? Does one clean the lenses on these things?
