Dazzle, I don't think you'll find it as hardcore as the likes of GTR2. Those are sim-sims
Probably not. But so long as its better than GT4, then I'll be happy. Went on it with my nephew again last week and was utterly bored within a few minutes. Pinball-barriers and no gradual feed-in of the controls in anyway. Then again, I was using a pad.
Us PC-monkeys are crying out for a driving game to incorporate decent damage modeling. Sure, body-panels and wheels go flying in GTR Evo when things go wrong, but it gets utterly pwned by the console alternatives in terms of looks.

The only way they can get me more excited about this game (and I'm pretty much tenting as we speak) would be to have a classic uk car pack..imagine blasting about in 205/106/vts, williams/1*2, or even cossworths etc etc...amazing stuff and what with them saying Europe and more importantly UK is the main target then you never know!

Not with the multiplats. GRID & Dirt and the like look better on PC, but I know what you mean. It would be awesome to have Forza on PC.
How about classic rallying round some of those mountain circuits in hakosuka's, BDA powered escorts etc would be awesome too!
I've not been looking forward to a game this much since back when I was a teenager which was probably one of the GT series.

amazing how quickly they will be whacking this one out and judging by the screenshots, it looks fappin awesome.
why has gt5 taken so long? seriously, it needs to piss on forza3 from a great height to have any sort of justification on the time its took

I can't see that happening as Forza 2 offered what I consider to be the best console racing game to date and as much as I've been looking forward to GT5 I don't see it offering a better experience than Forza.

lol i love 106 gti's mate. just saying would be good having little cars on the game instead of all big muscle cars or 100k motors. i loved beating people in saleens and lambo's in a golf mk2 (on forza 2)

Tbh if all they did was add a couple of tracks to Forza 2 and upgraded the graphics I wouldn't feel hard done by.....but the amount of improvments and little touches is amazing in the time frame they have had. I bet because they had to rush FM2 out they started on this almost as soon as they finished it. Everyone seemed to think that because the XB is easier to program for that the best was already seen but I bet a few other companies will look at this and think they can squeeze more out

For sure. I only vaguely remember you coming online after the gym or some such. Mentioning that Christopher was going to be late again. There were one or two sessions over one or two nights that I got involved in

I've just realised, the missus goes to uni in October. WIN.
The looks absolutely fantastic, Forza 2 was the reason in bought my sexbox. But then it broke and I lost all of my data, could never be bothered to go back through career mode again! Will be definitely joining you lot for races when this comes out. Can't wait.
