Hotmail Problem?

I've tried accessing my hotmail account for my e-mails using the "envelope" icon in my MSN. When I do this I am being told:

"To display language characters correctly you need to install the following language pack:

Arabic"

When I click "Install" I am asked to:

"Please insert the Compact Disc labeled 'Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 CD' into your CD-ROM drive and then click 'OK'"

But if I chose the "Cancel" option nothing happens.

Any ideas? This is occurring on my work computer so I wont know if the same thing is happening at home until later tonight.

I've tried accessing hotmail via the web and it lets me in no problem. The bizarre thing is I have received no e-mails since I used my msn/hotmail at work yesterday afternoon. :S
