Apologies if it's a re-post, but is this a better deal than the Amercian PC counterpart? No need for transformers, etc and comes with a UK guarantee...

dont know about better value, but i've used both the pc and the megs machine, and if i were to advice anyone buying one i'd go for the megs machine everytime. Just feels much more easy to use

How much does it cost to import a PC and all relevant extensions and convertors, excluding pads/polishes?
