minature cliosport meet (cardiff) (56k!!)

we had a small cliosport meet tonite (me + adam) and whilest driving round i saw a m8 of mine in his new 172 doing a chinese home delivery so we pulled him over and i took some shots...! also, was quite funny as adam was driving off... some old man came out of his house (behind where we were parked) and sed- its good to see u taking pride in your cars, but cud u please not drive them so fast on public roads!)

(have seen unedited pics of adams no. plate on posts b4, so im guessing he doesnt mind!!)

Whose is the 04 reg silver one Phil? I think I saw that last night blasting through Dinas Powys on the main road (when I was on the way up to the pub).

Should have pulled him over and jumped into my Williams so I could show him how its done properly!

haha, thats a m8 of mine (iceberg silver 172) he lives in pentwyn.

but there is a stupidly loud iceberg 172 going round barry area, which is closer to dinas? wat car were u in?

the no. plate looks illegal init, but adam sed that hes never been stopped for it and hes even recieved a speeding ticket and they didnt say nethign about the plate!!!

Phil - I actually saw BOTH the silver 172s youre on about within the space of about ten seconds! They both passed each other in opposite directions going through Dinky Poo. I was walking up to the pub at the time, just outside the Texaco garage.

The Barry-based one has some sort of air feed in the front bumper with a red cone I think? Ive seen it once while out in my Willy, but he was going the wrong direction for a challenge!

Wicked Meet mate. It was cool to go for a bit of a blast and quite amusing the old man coming out and telling you to be quiet as I was caning it around the Oval. We will have to do it Mid Week again with a few more people. Phil for a 1.4 your motor sounded well cool.

yeah that stupidly loud one is also quick! passed me on the way back from street racing down swansea...I was doing 124mph bout 500k from the rev limiter (1.4 16v) and he passed me like i was stood still!!! and i could still hear him for miles!

think ive hit 126 (downhill) shud be a bit better now that ive had the induction work done... shud get an quite an increase if my "thinks he knows it all" window cleaner is right! he pointed out that it shud give me 15-20mph better top end.... YEAH RIGHT!
