Future changes:

- Disc Brake with 240mm rear big bearing integrated

Bon j'ai bossé sur mon soucis de mes amorto arrière gaz.

Le soucis c'est quand montant l'amorto avec les 2 silents blocs d'origine, on se retrouve avec peu de tige fileté voir pas du tout pour mettre l'écrou (et donc impossible aussi de mettre une barre anti rapprochement arrière non: ).

Voici ce que ça donne monté :

Sans le cache...

Avec le cache...

Vous voyez qu'on a plus rien, plus de tige fileté pour le montage :baston:

Si l'on regarde le cache, on y trouve une grosse rondelle qui permet de fixer le cache à la tige de l'amorto. On voit bien qu'on a une épaisseur de plastique importante (5mm en mesurant).

J'ai décidé de viré cette épaisseur:

Et de virer cette rondelle:

J'ai ensuite monté en force par le côté opposé le silent bloc inférieur d'origine:

C'est monté en force donc pas de jeu!!!!

Petit test:

BINGO: tout passe impec, on peut même mettre la barre anti rapprochement et in nous reste bien du filetage!!

Pour bien maintenir le silent bloc et pour une meilleure étanchéité et finition, j'y passe du mastic colle:

La comparaison:

Faut attendre que ça sèche et le tour est joué :bob:

Ainsi on garde les silents bloc d'origine (inférieur et supérieur) on abîme pas la tige de l'amorto puisque le silent bloc inférieur s'arrête au même endroit que la rondelle sur la tige, et on garde le cache d'origine pour une meilleure protection...et puis il est trop zolie ce cache :net: :fleurs:​

That's right: I could not make a painting in one go because I am a student and I could not afford to do well.

Within a year, the car will be repainted entirely as it should
