My New Steed: Trophy #321

Red dash strips will set it off. Look good on aukeys. I don't like them blue to match mine for some reason. But the red looks good. Get the new style Renault sport on steering wheel insert too.
I would say silver decal on dash strip too. Or anthracite.

New plates fitted. Kinda took a guess at the front one as didn't want a total 3/4 plate. Silvervisions fitted also.

Still no detail as testing Hydro2. Still beading btw. Anyway some awesome pics...

I won't post anymore really until it's clean. My good man Craig commented this evening that's it's the worst paint i've owned.

Makes it all the more rewarding. Possibly looking at Cquartz Finest now for lsp.
 
Too thin. I'll dig out the measurements. Think it was 100mm high instead of 90 and whatever width. I'll get a picture straight on.

Think it's still a tad thin but it'll do for now.
 
Fancy plates mate. Specify your own size. No borders or slogans.

My brother offered to do a deal on my old trophy for my current BG yesterday....the thought of swapping a black car for a red one is tempting but the trophy has twice the miles

Yeah that seems like a piss deal for you although the Trophy is probably still worth more.

Sadly not mate, I think the BG is worth more personally...although spec does dictate that.

I fancy some of this dodgy wax your planning on making though, could try it on the bg, see what it does to the paint work ;)
 
More ghey detailing this evening. Clean the roof rail rubbers before re-fitting and get some Zaino layers on the rails.

Judging the effort you've put into the rubbers beneath the roof rails I'm sure it will be good ;)
 
Time is the only thing slightly against me on Sun and the fact I have to change the handles.

Should have bloody changed them tonight at work. Idiot! Not a big car and there will be at least 2 of us so heres hoping.

Proper Correction detail nearer the summer and i'll get Cquartz applied.
 
2 nuts and clip the rod off. Shouldn't be too much hassle. Door card on and off is the only time consuming part.
