This reminded me of the car Homer builds thats sends his brothers firm bankrupt!! I also like the sound of the front wheels locking up in the rain to dry a path for the rest of the wheels.. inspired.

that could (in theory) be practical only if you were braking hard in a straight line.
doubt you could swerve to avoid something with locked up wheels
