Progress Thread 1.6 Dynamique 02

Had the car for just over a week now and absolutely loving it.
Thought id make a progress thread for it as i intend to modify it (subtle modding).
This is her so far,is in mint condition and ive just passed it over the 40k mark.HPI cleasr,immaculate paintwork and interior and full mot and 6 months tax when i bought it,he even handed me some money there and then to fill it up :approve: really needed it for the 100 mile trip back though.lol

this was my old car in the condition it was sold:

so far i have replaced my radio,stalk controls,fitted my mp4 player to unit, parrot handsfree kit and hardwired my satnav,next on the list is my comps and subs n amps.

i have received my toy stuffing and 12v computer fans for my boot build and all wiring is in.
smoked side repeaters are on there way as we speak and im looking into buying some smoked rears from k-tec
tempted to put my wheels on form my vtr,tell me your opinion of putting these on?

dont think them wheels would suit the clio to be honest. also would they fit ? lol

yes as they have the pcd of a clio and saxo and are a clio offset,i think ill do a photoshop in the future

enjoy it pal same as mine apart from colour, they are good fun for a 1.6 in a light little car, stun a few people in 2.0l bimmers and passats etc etc.

I got my 1.6 dynamique just over 2 weeks ago now, I've slammed it,clear side repeaters, new number plates and renaultsport front grille. Just left to colour code now!
I got mine for £3900 on a 51 plate. How many miles has yours done buddy?

if VTR has same hubs etc as a 1.4 8v saxo then your wheels wont fit as we tried to put my turinis on my mates saxo for a day lol

The issue is with the Clio needing a 60.1mm center bore. Or is the saxo the same?

well i have spoken direct with bk racing and they said all i need is a clio fitting kit so if it aint the case watch this space for some wheels for sale.hehe

Well if they run spigot rings and there ET37 and PCD100 then you shouldn't have a problem.

et 39 pcd 100 and im 99% sure me fitting kit (all it said on my system when i ordered them at work) will have spigot rings in it,would have put about the spigot rings in my last post but went dumb and couldnt remember what they were called lmao,they said just write on the fax what car its for and what wheels youve got and theyll sort the rest

update:

Wheel fitting kit has arrived with bolts,locking wheel nuts and spigot rings.
Calipers are in the process of being painted,only did one today as the weather was so cold and crap but the second will be done tomorrow.It has been done gold and looks mint imo.Tempted to do my badges gold also...

Will be sorting my audio next week as my second amp has now arrived.

Pics will be up once i have done the second caliper.

heres a picture of the badges on the car,look good from a distance but the lacquer has smoked a bit,not happy so going to redo them
