Think they do need to be planned though. I ended up having most of mine custom made as a lot of the stuff you can buy online is quite small so doesn't work too well. Saying that, eBay seems to have a decent amount of stripe kits etc, so I think you could probably come up with something pretty cool.

So last weekend i got another job ticked off the list, taxed, insured (for the day) and got it aligned.
Heres the results, would appreciate your thoughts-
20180715_100438.jpg

Went for a drive after and its definitely brought back some of the lost love for it.
The steering wheel is still slightly off centre which is annoying as the alignment guys said it was (now) bang on and id just need to recenter the wheel from the boss, which i cant do due to the boss and column having a large tab/spline on it.
Anyway heres some pics, also just had a CMComposite dash pod delivered so will update after that.-

Not much camber on the front for a track car. Is it on coilovers?

What the guy said about moving the steering wheel doesn't sound right. Unless the wheel is fitted wrong.

He should set the wheel straight first and then align to that, no exceptions.

Would like to see the front toe touch more even at -0.06 each side rather than -0.07 and -0.04.

Currently totally standard on cup dampers/ebaich springs.
I wasnt very happy with the service if im honest, told me there was a 1 and ahalf hour wait, so i did, 4 and ahalf hours later i got seen. Its better than it was as the toe was well off previously due to me changing the tie rod and ends lol.
Will be looking at getting it setup properly once on coilovers etc. What do you think about the rear axle with the toe and camber differences?

Rear is fine mate.

Probably one of the straightest rear beams i've seen ?

Made a new purchase today and a big step forward for the Clio, got the winter to save up and get some coilovers on ready for next year now and get my trackday fund saved up.

Currently they have some NS2R's 180 compound on them with about 4mm of tread and a brand new set of AD08R's for when they run out. (Never tried either before but wanted to so worked out nicely)
Wheels will have a repaint over winter, most likely keep them black.

On another note iv just put in an order for a shed/workshop so i can move all my stuff out the single garage that iv "out grown" and fit the clio in whilst not being used. Hate seeing it sat on the drive with cobwebs on, will be good to get it put away safe over winter.
Also means iv got my work cut out for me as the garage is a total pig sty. Had and worked on impreza's in here in the past so know the clio will have enough room ??

Going to start tidying up now ready for the 7th when the sheds here...prey for me...

Undersealed

Want some spacers for the front purely because the tyres rarther close to the coilover and will catch with tyre flex easily.
Other than that im happy with how it is and has alot more driving potential than i currently can drive at so next year, Seat time.

Tucked away in the garage for the winter.
