the bodies are right up against the slam panle but yeh its for the bast now that the air box is on
even tho it sounds now where near as good as it did Lol.There was a video of a Civic with his IK right next to his window so he could hear VTEC y0, can't find it though. You could mount the CAF right next your window with a huge grammarphone end to hear the induction noise. Might look s**t though.

just had my rear strut brace/harness bar welded in and also fitted my new harnesses...

going to a Rolling Road meet tmoz at awesome GTI in irlam and its pay on the day...
Im hoping for smooth graphs since i fitted the trumpet spacers, probably wont be tho lol, not after any figures tmoz tbh...
would be kool to see a few clios there aswell, theres about 4 ZSs goin, a couple of astra turbos, my mate in his vr6 engine mk2 golf...
its 35quid for 3 runs...

just got back... didnt give ft lbs at the fly only at the wheels...

happy with them tbh and the graphs are nearly as smooth as when it was mapped 3 weeks ago so pretty chuffed tbh

seems as adams broke and scrapped his car, im buying his ph1 ZS wheels of him then gonna get some proper rubber on them for dry track use only, soon as he gets the old tyres off then there mine, hopefully one night this week...

Had a go of changing my discs and pads yesterday... failed lol
cos the discs and pads have worn down that much i now need to push the piston back in about 8-10mm to get the clearence so the disc will slot between the pads... the piston seems really tough to push back so... i borrowed a G-clap off jord...
so when i got home from work earlier i gave it a go... took the cap off the servo and began to turn the g-clamp... on the drivers side no fluid came out and the piston did go back quite easily... so success fitted the discs and pads then and the same on the other side only that when i doid the g-clamp on the nearside caliper fluid came out everywhere lol... wheels back on, cap back on... took it for a spin and wouldnt you know it a knockin/rubbing noise from the front driverside wheel lol... took the wheel off checked everthing, looked like the piston didnt push the pad against the disc... so bled the driverside then wheel back on took it for a spin bla bla... still rubbing..., had another look and turned out to be the balancing weights on the wheels rubbing the caliper lol... so took them off on both wheels and off to the tyre place to get them balanced, got there and i only gone and left the locking nut key on the nut and it fell off on the way there... lol
thank god the car came with 2 keys lol, so back home to get the spare, all done and balanced now, breaks are so much better now but they squeak alot!

Lol. I thought I saw you in Wrexham yesterday when I was on my way to Birchdown. Silver ZS with a black bonnet came steaming up behind me. Realised it wasn't you when it got closer though because the whole bonnet was painted black.

and about the tip, you know you love it... yeh i want a smaller tip but not paying like 170 for a new piper backbox and they dont come up second hand on thier own so... its staying :evil:
