Seriously willy makes sense - will be a proper classic car soon but if i was you house would be no1 priority as for the degree ive seen plenty with them and not using them so if the jobs a good un go for it

sell the 172 and get a willy then look into some property i say......

that sounds the most sensible option, mark 1's are the future and i saw the way you were looking at SDV in lutterworth car park

thats all i'm sayin. it's a best of both worlds situation.

oh dear, remember you have cup packed the 172 for the best of both worlds...... ie leather and air con...... if your decision involves a willy (lol) you'll loose that ;)

not sure how reliable the vees are like, but the mk1s are pretty slow, hehe

williams......well..time spent lookin for a good un will repay u in money later on...lol....get a rite un, and it wont cost u a fortune to keep on the road.

much the same as any other car really. a well cared for 1 in the body , will usually be looked after under the bonnet too.


if i was u, id sell the gaylord pink 172 u have, spend a fair amount on a willy, stick the extra into a house or summat, then wen u on ur feet n sorted out.get a vee, and use the willy for track days

vees are very reliable never had a hint of a problem with myn, i had the mk2 so not sure about the mk1s but if u can afford it deffinalty save for the mk2........

If it t'was my cash....keep the 172 for the daily use and buy a mint willy for the weekends or those special non rainy days! :approve:
