My cousin does wrapping for a living. From what I've seen he's very well priced!!
Might be worth and enquiry with him to see what he offers you.
Love the car mate. I'm also building a 182 track/race car...on my drive...in Bromley!
I'm changing the clutch, cambelt and fitting ARP rod bolts, so I think it would be best to hook the engine out. It doesn't look to be a bad job looking at yours.
Would love to pop over and have a look at yours some time
Thanks buddy, where in Bromley, Im near Bromley North, yea its not a mega job, but iv been messing with cars for 10 years now, so have a basic understanding. The 172 cup is def a good car to work on, very basic. By all means pop over.
Awesome build thread bud, when you at Caldwell next? Wouldn't mind seeing this beast in the flesh.
Yes Sonny it certainly seemed to be going really well
Great work. You sure it is the seal and not one of the cam cover bolts loose?
My lord that looks awesome mate!!
The mice appear to have been at your car mate
My car leaks a little on the same spot. Easy enough to change the seal?
Great stuff Sonny have a great trip Gutted I can't go this year
Very nice! Looks like a proper little race car now, and I like the very-nearly-RB colour wrap
Hope it goes well at Spa for you!
That does look like its coming up the threads as mark said mate, the seal seems dry? Remove that bolt, cover it in silicone and refit it if your seal gives no joy. Save you taking the woke cover off.
Liking the bonnet, may have to copy it around the ITB filter in mine
