Well i have now decided to write up as much as i possibly can regarding the work and effort i have put into my 2005 Clio 182 Trophy.
There is loads of pictures i have posted all over the forum but nothing really to show the work in order since i bought the car.

This is how i bought the car in Dec 2011 and after picking it up in freezing conditions i took it back to my work and dropped it off in the car park.

The next day i managed to get the car out the garage and have a look at it.

When i firstly went to see the car there was a broken spring so while the car was kept in the garage and off the road it was time to order up some Mark Fish springs.

While the car was on the ramp i decided to get the exhaust brackets changed and give the exhaust a decent clean.

Next thing was to change the look of the engine bay as i hated the way it looked and how dirty it was.
I bought 3 of them as i was unsure of which colour i wanted.

Then it was time to change the rear bench that comes in the trophy. I could not stand it so i managed to find one on the forum and then i set about fitting it.

I will try and update it with a big batch of pictures rather then 2 here and 5 there.

Very nice. Where did you get the parcel shelf tray from?

Bought it online mate, I have the invoice for it somewhere so i will look it out and get the company name & info

Very nice, good work on sourcing those stickers.

Question, with the xenons now fitted do you have to have the washer jets fitted in order to pass a MOT?

By Law yes you need washer jets for xenon headlights but as you mostly know there its lots of people who have friends as MOT testers and even then some of the MOT testers i have met in my time have been old school guys in there 90s LOL

The things in my try rattle and my parcel shelf itself sometimes rattles but as for the luggage tray i have never had a problem with it

Jack!

ClioSport Club Member
I may be mistaking another rattle coming from that area as being the tray, I'll try different combo's of taking things in and out of it, it may well be my parcel shelf.

Yea sure thing, i only mentioned it as a friend had his car fail his mot due to washer jet not working, so made me think thats all. Is it a new Mot requirement or has it always been that way?

Either way car is looking good ;)

Well small update on Trophy 376.

The car in the last month was failing badly due to poor ownership so after bursting my hole and working every hour god sent the last 2 months i decided it was time to get it going tip top.

Here is a list of some of the work carried out -

Timing Belt
Accessory Belt
Dephaser Pully
TDC Sensor Kit
N/S/F Drive Shaft
O/S/F Drive Shaft
ABS Sensors (Both Front)
Rear ABS Sensor
Gear Box Oil Change
Gear Box Seal Kit (Not Fitted As Of Yet As Waiting On Yanoo Kit)
Oil Filter & Oil Change
Forge Coolant Hose Kit & Coolant Change
Coolant Thermostat
Coolant Temp Sensor
Bottom ball joints (Non OE)
Track rod ends
4 wheel alignment

I still have the gearbox oil seal kit to fit along with the Yanoo kit which only arrived yesterday, I also thought i would change my Aux output on the Pioneer also just to annoy the other half.

Looks great Marc. How did you get the heater controls from the dash, the stage where you need to get it out of the recess and unclip the connections?
