Way home from the Clio Sport meet

  LY182/NHB CTR
Sharkyuk and I went to the Porthcawl Clio Sport meet today it wasnt really the best location to take pictures and it was a little cold, so we decided a nice soft drink and a chat in the pub was called for.

Big thanks to Brooky for leading the way ;) was lovely to meet everyone and make new friends, hope we see you guys and girls again soon..

On the way back Sharkyuk and I went home via the mountain roads and stopped off for a couple of photos before it got too dark..

Here are Sharkyuk's aka Andy photos

(waits for the jap crap remarks lol )

Thanks :)

We gave them a quick wash before attending mainly because the CTR was very dirty, it had been to North Wales and back a few times doing dummy runs for club driving weekend..

Shame it was so cold and everywhere was busy as it would have been nice to have got some photos of Booky's new Scooby and the Clios that attended some very nice motors, as well as lovely people attended.

Here are a couple of pictures I took.. I'm still learning to use the camera so they are not as good, sorry.

can i have some road numbers please...

am going on a spirited drive over the easter weekend and need some good road numbers

The road in those pictures is an unnamed road and to be honest not the easiest to get to if you dont know where are going...

However recommend you take a trip up to Brecon just get a good map and plan a little run, thats how I have come across some of the roads I us for driving meets.

wow those views look great, awesome pics, off to wales i go! :)

Well worth it.. ;)

Why dont you come out on our little Sunday run 20th April 2008 we meet up at Magor and Chepstow for those coming over the bridge ;)

wheres your splitter at man?
Half of it's there!

Great photos.

Well spotted both (dam you lol) Sharkyuk let the G/F drive his car on a meet in Hampshire *rolleyes* need I say more lol But she brought him a carbon fiber one which will be fitted tomorrow... so all is forgiven lol

Right as for the CTR Vs Trophy I really dont want to get involved in that on here or any other forum please we all have different views, and things we like and dont like.

Both great cars in different ways and having driven them both for over a year I wouldnt want to part either of them.. It really depends on what you like and how you like to drive.. I'm just glad I have the choice to pick and choose :)
