Williams, 172 and 182 sizes.

The Clio Williams is no doubt an awesome hot hatch, but have you noticed how much bigger newer cars are getting? The 172/182, the new breed of hot hatches, simply towers over the smaller yet just as nimble Williams or 16v. Why are they getting so big? The CTR and Coopers S too. When parked up next to them, they look huge compared to the Clio Mk1. Small isnt always best, obviously, but having something so compact looks cool! Anyway, pretty pointless post but dunno the reason for the size increases! Maybe to do with safety and stuff.

Thats persective making the 172 seem larger in that pic...

But, yeah they are bigger!

My Cup is (or was) noticably larger than the GFs P-Reg RT, then my R5 is tiny in comparison.

I think there just gettig bigger as people are on adverage getting bigger.

All cars have got bigger Golfs are the best example.

Evidence: the 1 in front is quite clearly behind a 172. Wont see that on the road eh!
