That's the last time I follow a Clio 200 along a twisty B-road..

Wednesday night after the Meadows meet, I had a epic blast back along some great B-roads behind a new Clio 200..










However this is the aftermath of the front end of the 172..

ouch!!

I was going for a play with a local bodied ZR 160, untill i heard all the stones tw*tting the cup! Didnt bother lol. Anyway, good tussle?

Fletch, i keep forgetting mate, still have a pair of fogs in the garage. When you next around/ at a meet?
 
I was expecting a pic of you off-roading through a field! Get the windscreen for £50 off your insurance most prob. I have a smashed fog too, never replaced it tbh. Well, cracked not smashed.

Yes mate one of the best drives I've had in the old girl yet TBH ;)

The annoying thing is when the stone hit the windscreen I was only going slowly towards a roundabout

The windscreen chip isn't far from the tax disc, so it should be a easy fix :)

Nah the 172 keep up with it fine on the twisty sections ;)

The other fog-light is also cracked...lol
 
Yeah, my 197 seemed to be with the few encounters i had, although when steve had my old Cup, i'm sure that would have ripped the 197 a new one with the small tussle we had. Traffic killed the encounter :(
 
Put the black tape back on your fogs mate as that looked good. If the chip is near the tax discs they should be able to repair it free on insurance.

Yeah might put the black tape back on they look a bloody mess ATM.

Auto-glass are coming out on monday to repair it.

You missed a great drive on Wednesday mate, you would have loved it ;)

Shame about missing the drive but I loved watching United beating City scum more :D

However the 200 in question had only done about 1,000 miles and the owner (Matt) had only had it a couple of days.

God knows why some people think the 197-200s are slower than 172/82s in my expericene they have all been pretty quick!

yeah it doesnt go too badly tbh. had a quick play in it today.
 
Done almost 8.5k and no one ever wants to play. Maybe they just don't want that front end in there rear view :(

ah pish was gutted that i lost you lot on that run

got stuck behind the bloke in the s3 at all the traffic lights :dapprove::dapprove:

tried to catch up but so many directions so just resorted to heading home

Yeah James had Matt's phone number and we waited for him in the S3, good that thing can shift once rolling :evil:

Autoglass are really busy ATM :(

Pretty evenly matched?

I had a spirited drive against/with a 172 cup. Was totally neck and neck:approve:
