As per the thread linked below, my passenger side wiper arm is loose meaning whilst in operation, the blade frequently swipes off the side of the windscreen and has scratched the pillar. I've tried removing the arm without success - I assume the spline has corroded and has fused itself to the...
Mines doing this and having had the nut off there is a lot of play in the spindle, tightening the nut does nothing - I have a feeling the spline has corroded and worn. As with a lot of people, I'm struggling to get the wiper arm off but before I try again what is the fix? Is the spline...
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
Yeah I did so be interested to hear what they decide to do. I'd expect, no, demand I be treated as a normal contract customer however
Doesn't the WDTV play Iso images?? If so, use either PowerISO or ImTOO DVD ripper to rip to MP4's. ISO's keep the DVD in tack meaning you can navigate as if the DVD were in a drive
I thought this at first but in actual fact I don't notice much difference with Giganews or Newsdemon in terms of service but giganews is much more exensive
Me to. iphone Simplicity: 1200 texts, 600mins, unlimited wifi/internet bolt on = £20 a month, i.e. £15 quid cheaper and only a 30 contract compared to pay monthly iPhone contract
I got it for Chrimbo too. Quality game if a bit frustrating. You can hit a monster fairway drive only to either lay up far too short or smash it out of bounds to the back of the green so easily. Think I've done 5 PGA events andca fedex cup and come no higher than 28th. Having played the 360...
I nailed a few of the achievments last night. Full Throttle took a fair few attempts but the one that quite literally took over 100 fails to achieve is the "Strike" acheivment - even then It was more luck than dudgement.
Now, usually I couldn't give a rats ass about achievements but there's...
Brun is that the Renault code? Sunwin Derby quoted me £120+ for the full mechanism as they didn't do just the solenoid? Do I take it then that once again they've tried to fob me off with drivle? Needless to say I didn't bother, and have had an un-useable boot since Christmas
Yeah pretty much. Strip the end so that the outer core mesh is bent back over the outer coating, leaving the solid inner core intact but partly exposed. Then its just a case of screwing an F connector on. Bit of trial and error for your first time but you'll have 3 more to do after the first...
My choice if I was in the market. Excellent sound quality. But would recommend a dedicated headphone amp if you were going this route. Something like this
I've ran a CA amp for years in my hifi and also got the matching CD player (though that's not used much anymore) and rate them really highly. I've got an old set of Mission Floor standers also and it's perfect for ipod listening and eggbox gaming. That said, i want a fully DD/DTS setup that will...

Anyone seen this? Used to love quake online. I've installed it on my laptop just to have a look and not tried a game yet but going to try it on my "gaming rig" (I use that term very loosely btw...)
http://www.quakelive.com/
You use your 360 through VGA then?
2 options then. Don't use the amp to do your video switching or swap your eggbox for an HDMI model. That, or go component i guess? Doens't it upscale component to 1080p too actually?...
Tis hey. Love the look of them tho and they are meant to be a lot of gear for the money. Right time to buy too as they will be snapped up by an imported before too long plus the usual 40% markup they will slap on the price
I quite fancied a ful 5.1 setup inc. the sub from the XTZ range after reading the reviews.
Can't fault the Yam amp either, listened to it hooked up to your Quads bigger brother in Superfi on Sadlergate shortly before Christmas and loved it. Can't fault it for the money - definately a contender...
I've got Sky Mid and get 378kb/s constantly on usenet and I'm 2.3km from my nearest exchange (which also happens to be the main exchange for 80% of people in Derby), so i'm happy with it, and for a 5er a month I can't complain.
Only thing to watch is your pings for gaming. Mine gradually crept...
