Generally you cant IIRC. Every 72k or 5 year, whichever is first. Unless they look frayed, cracked or looks like its been rubbing on something, then investigate it sooner rather than later.

Its not that its too low to the ground, well unless you ran over a large rock, its thats the angle to the hub is such that it increases wear reducing that life of the shaft.

Still not got this figured out. New wipers, cleaned the screen with everything, petrol, lighter fluids, tried to lube it. Imagine this full speed now its chucking it down in the mornings.
