Just go round mate If they dont pick up the phone, otherwise you could take it to another dealer to find out whats wrong and if it turns out to be the original installers fault take it back to them and get them to do it free.
Seems strange that it stops when the bonnet is open, on mine I have a small plastic sensor that tells the alarm whether or not the bonnet is shut it could be something to do with this not working properly?
That wouldnt effect the working of the on/off though I wouldnt have thought.

I was at a local Halfords (Newbury) on Saturday at the Ripspeed roadshow and won £140 Halford vouchers for Best in Show, Im not sure what to use them for though Im toying with the idea of getting an exhaust but not sure if id be better going to a specialist?

Got all my mods declared mate and It was only the springs and bodykit that have affected my premium as it went up 2 insurance groups I think.
Its definately better to ask the question though as all the different insurance companys seem to look at mods differently
I dont know mate cause all the work was done by the same company that I got the subs and amp for me so im not sure how the pricing would break down or if I would have been charged the same for labour if I had not got the products through the same company.

I just attacked mine with a screwdriver ( I put a cloth over the end so as not to scratch the interior) cant remember if they were glued or not, some of the clips are b**ch to get out though
That install cost me £1000 mate for all the products and for two days labour creating the install, I got it done at Techne in Basingstoke. They did a proper good job and also sorted me out with a solenoid for my boot.
I did em myself mate Its not too tricky, I got Cobra buckets and I just emailed them and asked for some offcuts and they sent them em free of charge.
The only thing you have to be careful with is not to snap the clips when taking the door cards out in the first place.
gotts agree with Lunner Iv been insured with them for 2 years they dont mind any mods and only put my premium up with my bodykit and when I had my accident and got 6 points and had to retake my test they were spot on and my premium didnt change :D
